The ESP LTD TL-5SM Natural Gloss is an electro-acoustic thinline bass that combines the playability of a classic electric bass with the distinctive sound of an acoustic bass. The mahogany body with spalted maple top in combination with the full 34" scale length promises a powerful sound with a deep bass foundation and silky treble frequencies, while the glued mahogany neck offers excellent handling thanks to its "Thin U" profile. The Fishman pickup systemwithSonicore pickup and active TL-3 preamp guarantees an unadulterated transmission of the sound to the bass amplifier, while the 3-band equalizer allows for precise adjustment of the timbre. Grover bass tuners provide stable and precise tuning.
