The large dreadnought body of the Artwood AW54LCE-OPN acoustic guitar is crafted with laminated okoume back and sides on which a solid okoume top resonates. Accordingly, the steelstring delivers a punchy sound that portrays every note with tight bass, multi-faceted warm mids and velvety highs. Thanks to the open-pored finish, the guitar impresses with lively, fast-responding dynamics. The slim neck and the flat string action also guarantee a smooth playability.
Pickup system for stage use
Thanks to the integrated pickup system, which consists of the Fishman Sonicore pickup under the compensated bridge inlay and the Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp in the upper frame, the Ibanez Artwood AW54LCE-OPN is also ideally equipped for amplified use.
