While a Nyatoh body and a bolt-on neck made of roasted maple are used for the construction of the agilely playable StingRay RAY35, a versatile switchable SBMM Alnico humbucker and an active 3-band EQ take care of the electrical sound transformation. Last but not least, Sterling by Music Man completes the StingRay RAY35 Blue Sparkle with indestructible Hardware in the form of a classic MM-style standard bridge and tuning stable Open-Gear tuners.

Thanks to comfortable shaping, the Nyatoh body hugs the body comfortably and also convinces with an ideal balance on both the strap and the thigh. Thesix-screw neck is made of stable and resonant Roasted Maple and promises buttery smooth playing characteristics from the lowest to the highest position due to the flat C-profile with 45 mm nut width.
With the flexible switchable Alnico humbucker and the active 3-band equalizer, the StingRay RAY35 delivers diverse bass sounds for almost any music style.

At the bass amplifier, the StingRay RAY35 convinces with a versatile sound pattern that also tightly reproduces the H-string and makes the 5-string Bass an all-rounder for almost every genre. The Alnico humbucker placed at the usual sweet spot convinces with a powerful sound and an ideal balance of punchy lows and silky highs. The 3-way blade switch also calls the coils of the Bass pickup in different circuits to realize multifaceted timbres. and the Bass sound can also be adjusted with high precision, there is also an active 3-band tone control for the character-defining frequency bands of the lows, mids and highs.
