The Tama LKP52HTS-GKP S.L.P. Dynamic Kapur ShellSet in Gloss Black Kapur is a five-piece drum set from Kapur with Sound Arc Hoops and Tama Star Mount suspension. The shells come in hyperdrive sizes, and are considered minimally shortened. The Evans G1 Coated heads and the tube lugs are made of fine brass. The sound of Kapur is very lively and open with a lot of attack and controlled highs.
The shells of the Tama LKP52HTS-GKP S.L.P. Dynamic Kapur Shell Set are slightly shortened, i.e. hyperdrive, which makes the sound slightly shorter and more focused than with conventional drum shells. The Tama Sound Arc Hoops and Evans G1 heads additionally support the open and lively character of the Kapur drums. The new Tama Tube Lugs made of brass offer firm hold and tuning stability. The proven Star Mount suspension from Tama makes the Toms resonate ideally and freely. The resonant Kapur sound is perfect for rock, funk and fusion drummers who want an exotic and individual drum set.
