The most versatile microphone ever made. I used on pianos for classical recordings and It´s so sweet! ... I recorded full orchestras and also I recorded a small orchestra in a pit and It´s incredible the clarity of all sounds. Strings sounds great with this mic.
This Mic is amazing, been wanting to get it for 5 years & finally I did, In sound engineering it's like getting a Lamborghini just simply a super mic, from construction to frequency response & versatility .. Pattern options lets you forget your other microphones.
Great all around mic, superb for acoustic instruments, beautiful sounding for vocals, h.p bonus is very good and of course Omni,Cardio etc... Bright and clear but very subtle, a real classic! Pay attention to low reflections and resonance in your room cause it captures everything accurately. A must have.
