The H8000FW multi-channel effects system is Eventide's flagship in the line of legendary Eventide effects systems. It features advanced FireWire, expanded analog and digital inputs and outputs, as well as over 1600 classic Eventide presets, reflecting Eventide's 30 years of experience developing effects for Live sound, broadcast, Post production and recording. The FireWire functionality of the H8000FW now makes it possible to use the enormous processing power and excellent effects quality in conjunction with computer-based digital workstations via a FireWire 400 connection, thereby conserving computer resources.

The H8000FW provides input and output of 8 channels of digital audio via AES/EBU, ADAT, FireWire, all in 24-bit and up to 96Khz. In addition, the H8000FW is equipped with the extended analog inputs/outputs of the H8000A, ie. 4 inputs/outputs, with excellent 24bit/96Khz converters and a dynamic bandwidth of over 110dB.
