Fender Bassman 100T

The Fender Bassman 100T bass guitar amplifier head is an all-valve, professional-level model that is equally at home on the stage, in the studio or in a rehearsal room.

The Fender Bassman 100T features a powerful, tube-driven 100 watt power amp, fitted with a single 12AT7 and four 6L6 valves, that is joined by a tube preamp equipped with a pair of 12AX7s. This setup is equipped with two footswitchable independent channels, named Vintage and Overdrive, which help to provide a classic warm, full sound and a more modern, aggressive tone respectively.

The rear panel of the Fender Bassman 100T bass amp head is equipped with a wide range of different features. These include the Fender Automatic Bias system which constantly monitors and re-biases valves for the optimum performance, an Output Power switch which allows playback at either the full 100 watts, a quieter 25 watts or silently via an internal power soak and a speaker impedance switch. Also present are connections for the included footswitch, seperate XLR and direct preamp outputs, a tuner output and master power and standby switches.
