Additional sound options in the form of authentic single coil tones are accessible via the optional coil split using the push/pull pot. Fender Limited Edition Player Jazzmaster PF Aged Natural
For me as an occasional player absolutely sufficient instrument. I'm aware of the heresy of a humbuckers in a place where the singlecoil is supposed to be, but you know what, I don't care. The sound is great, the finish is flawless, the impression of quality is excellent. It's a little heavier than it seems and the shape of the offset body is a bit unusual to carry, but the sound and overall quality of the instrument totally worths that bit of an extra effort.
