The central Element element Jackson X Series Rhoads is undoubtedly the continuous maple neck with graphite reinforcement, which trims the electric guitar to the speed of light both optically and acoustically. Thanks to the powerful ceramic magnets and the blade-shaped pole pieces, the EMG 81 delivers a brute Metal sound that intersperses every riff or solo in the band sound with a tight bass foundation and laser sharply focused mid-range and treble, whereby the precise attack perfectly represents every touch. The EMG 85, on the other hand, is equipped with Alnico magnets and therefore convinces with a warm yet transparent sound that makes every note sing with a long sustain.
In addition, it goes without Jackson X Series Rhoads saying that it is equipped with a Floyd Rose Special Tremolo which gives the shredder the perfect tool for expressive Whammy Bar acrobatics. This Double Locking System convinces with an unshakeable tuning stability even in the most aggressive applications of the Trmeolo lever.
