Meinl Waterfall WA2NT, Wood

The Meinl WA2NT Short Wood Waterfall Effect Percussion similar to the Wood Birds but with a high tone, and is designed to make a cascading style percussion effect. This is not for Foley Artists, and do not expect it to sound like a natural waterfall, but do use it to create a percussive effect that rolls and clatters like a waterfall or like the gentle waves of the sea as they hit the shore. It is played by holding the rope and shaking up and down so that the wooden chambers knock together. This instrument is approximately 25cm tall, including the handle, and 10cm wide at the base.
