The PRS SE Hollowbody Standard (McCarty Tobacco Sunburst) is a 6-String SE Series Electric Guitar which combines the stability and handling of an Electric Instrument with the organic sound of a Hollow-Body Guitar. PRS uses a Mahogany body with generous resonance chambers, while the Maple top and back offer an elegant look with an intensively figured Maple veneer. The glued Mahogany neck has a non-slip "Wide Fat" profile, offering comfortable playing characteristics. 2x PRS 58/15 "S" Humbuckers with authentic vintage sound, skilfully capture the timbre of the Hollow-Body construction and deliver first-class sounds with high variability when played Clean or Distorted, and ensure adequate sound conversion. Reliable hardware comes in the form of a PRS Adjustable-Wraparound Bridge and precise PRS Tuners.

The guitar arrived in perfect tune. Finishing, electronics and mechanics are flawless.
I have used American models and honestly, the ratio of price/quality of the SE series seems to be up to the expectations.
With an Orange Crush 35RT both clean and cranked sounds are top, with no noise added at all. Very light and comfortable to play, by all means. Happy I finally decided to get it.
