Pro DJ Link offers additional synchronisation options, including Link Export, Beat Count, Phase Meter and Beat Sync, enabling up to four devices or laptops to be connected simultaneously. In addition to MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF, the player can also play the hi-res audio formats FLAC and ALAC up to 48kHz/24-bit. In addition to analogue outputs, it also has a digital output so that the audio signal can be played back without any loss of quality. What's more, the power supply for the analogue interfaces works completely independently of the digital circuits, which reduces disruptive noise.
The XDJ-1000MK2 offers 8 hot cues for instant playback at preset points, providing flexible performance options. With the Quantize function, cues and loops are played precisely in rhythm if the tracks have been previously analysed in rekordbox bpm. The beat jump function also enables effortless jumping forwards or backwards by 1, 2 or 4 bars and provides creative freedom in the mix.
The XDJ-1000MK2 has a high-resolution 7-inch touchscreen, a virtual QWERTY keyboard and browser features such as matching and track filters that simplify the search for tracks. The matching function displays matching subsequent tracks if they have been marked accordingly in rekordbox. The track filter enables a more precise search based on BPM, key or markings.
