With the Xotic Wah, the American manufacturer presents a particularly versatile interpretation of the popular effect, which has enjoyed uninterrupted popularity since its development in the 1960s. The Xotic Wah is based on the "Holy Grail" of wah-wah effects, the Clyde McCoy produced in Italy in the 1960s, but the circuit was extended by a number of modern settings. Accordingly, the effect pedal has bias control that allows you to control the output power and reproduction of the low frequencies. The Q control can also be used to select the bandwidth of the wah filter, while the active 2-band tone control allows you to precisely adjust the sound. The Xotic Wah also includes an input gain control and four DIP switches for adjusting basic effect parameters. Further useful features extend the handling and adjustment possibilities of this noble wah-wah pedal considerably. The width of the pedal travel and the movement can be adjusted, while a self-lubricating nylon bearing allows a long-lasting and quiet operation of the pedal mechanism.
