The AKG K175 Closed-Back Studio Headphones are a closed studio set ideal for recording, mixing and listening applications. Due to its very natural sound and high isolation, the AKG K175 headphones feature two powerful 40mm transducers that provide a clear sound with a differentiated bass response and a wide stereo image.
Due to a low impedance of 32 ohms, these headphones can achieve a high volume on mobile players (smartphones) or USB interfaces. Soft, supra-aural ear pads ensure a comfortable fit and excellent attenuation of ambient noise. All other components of these headphones are made from metal. This makes the AKG K175 headphones durable and stable, and they can be easily folded.
These headphones will form an ideal fit on all heads thanks to an automatically adjustable headband. The spiral headphone cable is pluggable (mini XLR) and included with a 3.5mm mini-jack plug, 6.3mm adapter and transport bag.
The main features of the AKG K175 Closed-Back Studio Headphones include:
Excellent sounding headphones at what I think is a reasonable price.
Very good build quality.
If I'd anything to change it would be the coil cable. I have to extend it almost fully to my seating position, consequently they are trying to pull of my head. No big problem but I've had to buy an extension cable.
Really happy with these headphones, brought them mainly for a click whilst playing drums, great isolation and very comfortable. Also great sound reproduction for listening to music, nice bottom end 👍
