The Fame Pure Heavy Ride 22" is a hand hammered Becken from Turkey, made of B20 bronze in Natural finish. The underside of the Fame cymbal is turned down and has a traditional finish. This creates a multi-layered frequency mix with a dark basic character and a dry noise. Under high quality standards the Fame Pure Beckenare handmade and refined in renowned cymbal smithies in Turkey. The raw and earthy sound fits perfectly to jazz and funk drummers, but the Fame Pure series is additionally ideal for vintage drumsets. The cutting, deep tone with its dryness and raw sound is best recommended for retro drummers and fits perfectly into the mix. The short Sustain and defined Attacksorgen also in the studio for great sound that is easy to handle.

B20 Becken are the Becken with the highest bronze content on the market. B20 is a mixture of metals, an alloy consisting of 80% copper and 20% tin. B20 cymbals are the supreme discipline of cymbal forging, and the majority of professional cymbals Becken are made of this alloy. The forging process begins with a heated piece of metal, which is brought into its typical shape by rolling, hammering and rolling. In addition, the top of the cymbal is usually punched in by machine. Now comes the most important part: In painstaking manual work, the Becken is hammered, giving it an individual pattern and profile. Each piece is unique!
