Fender Pure Vintage '61 Single Coils
Staying true to the era's sonic specifications, three custom-wound Fender Pure Vintage '61 single coils provide the Stratocaster's multi-faceted tonal palette. Thus, the three single-coil pickups wound to traditional specifications provide everything from clear and direct bridge tones to warm, vocal sounds in the neck position, while the Blade Switch's intermediate 2 and 4 positions create shimmering pickup combinations. Of course, the wiring also remains classic and is composed of a common Volume knoband separate Tone knobs for the neck and midrange pickups.
