The classic vintage design of the G&L JB promises high playability and a lively sound. Thanks to the classic offset styl ing, the poplar body with top made of ash veneer convinces not only with perfect balance on the strap and on the thigh, but also with unhindered accessibility of the high registers. The bolt-on maple neck conveys extremely agile playing characteristics with its slim "Modern C" profile and 38 mm nut width, so that every Bassline can be implemented with ease on the 21-fret rosewood fingerboard.
Flexible sound
At the bass amp, the Tribute JB Bass from G&L presents itself as an absolute all-rounder that has the right sound ready for almost every genre. Responsible for this are two G&L Alnico single coils in bridge and middle position, whose signals can be freely mixed via separate volume controls, so that a wide sound spectrum is available from abysmal low-end punch to wiry presence tone. In addition, the Bass guitar is equipped with a classic treble trim.
