IK Multimedia presents TONEX, a powerful software that not only offers various amp/cabinet & pedal emulations within your DAW as a plugin or in standalone mode, but can also emulate your own gear thanks to artificial intelligence. In just five minutes and under the guidance of an internal assistant guide, you get a result that is indistinguishable from the original hardware

In general, you have 400 tone models, 40 amps and 20 pedals at your disposal, which make sound shaping extremely versatile. If you're looking for more inspiration or specific sounds, you can browse and listen to thousands of Tone models on ToneNET , while sharing your own creations with the ToneNet community.

TONEX also invites you to practice, jam or record in your DAW. A Tonex app is also available if you prefer to make music via your smartphone.

Modeler

Harness the power of IK Multimedia's advanced AI Machine Modeling technology to turn your own rig into virtual models of amps, cabinets and pedals (distortion, overdrive, fuzz, EQ and boost) or complete rigs in any combination.

The software uses a specially prepared audio file with actual guitar and bass signals to capture your rig in detail. The Tonex neural network then calculates the machine-modeled sound in just a few minutes. The result: a virtual model that is indistinguishable from the real rig and can be used in the Tonex software and app.

On top, you can add your own skins and keywords to the Tone models and share your sounds with the community!

Free ToneX 1.5 update

The free ToneX 1.5 update provides new improvements and functions as well as 15 new sound models. The general operation of the ToneX software has been improved to enable an easier workflow. There are now 15 new effects, including two delays, chorus, Flanger tremolo, phaser, Rotary (all with tap tempo) as well as six reverbs, a compressor and a Noise Gate . In addition, seven effect blocks can be configured as pre or post effects, giving you almost limitless processing options for fine-tuning the sound that best suits your sound!
