Besides the voluminous body made of laminated okoumé, the AAD1012E has a comfortable neck made of Nyatoh wood with thermal treatment.

The combination of a solid Sitka spruce top with X-M bracing and a laminated okoumé body provides not only a fast response, but also an optimal balance of warmth and brilliance, and the natural chorus effect of the six pairs of strings optimally represented. The pleasantly grippy "Low Oval" profile of the neck made of thermally treated Nyatoh wood also promises buttery-soft playing characteristics.
