Based on the popular S-Design, Ibanez's S561-SFM features an extremely flat meranti body that hugs the player comfortably. Thanks to the All Access Neck Joint and flat Wizard III profile, the bolt-on maple neck can be played all the way to the highest positions of the rosewood fingerboard, allowing classic and modern playing techniques to be implemented with ease.

Versatile HSS pickup setup

With the HSS pickup setup of Ibanez Quantum pickups, the Standard S561-SFM delivers versatile sounds for rock and metal on the guitar amplifier. The powerful Quantum humbucker at the bridge impresses with a tight tone that delivers every note with a sharp definition, even when tuning down, while the Quantum single-coils in the neck and middle positions offer a transparent sound. An Ibanez F106 hardtail and Ibanez die-cast tuners complete the S561-SFM electric guitar.
