The JoeCo BlackBox BBR64-MADI is a 64 channel MIDI data recorder and replayer. On the recording side, the BBR64-MADI can capture 64 channels of audio at standard sample rates and convert them into broadcast standard WAVS to an external drive via the USB2.0 connection. Double samplerate MADI recording up to 96kHz is also supported.
The BBR64-MADI features coaxial (BNC) and optical MADI connections, 56-channel legacy MADI recording as well as 8 channel of analogue recording via 8 balanced TRS inputs, word clock sync, and a PFL bus for hi resolution metering and monitoring via headphones.
