With the Kramer Snake Sabo Baretta Snake Green Kramer Guitars presents an authentic reproduction of the electric guitar that the Skid Row guitarist used for almost every show and recording session since the recording of the first album of the hard rockers from New Jersey. naturally comes the signature guitar in the toxic green Finish with the aggressive snake from the pen of airbrush artist Dennis Kline. With a Kramer 85-T humbucker and Floyd Rose tremolo, the Snake Sabo Baretta by Kramer is a straightforward workhorse for hard rockers and metal heads.
Based on the classic Baretta design by Kramer, the Snake Sabo Signature guitar convinces with agile playing characteristics. Thanks to generous contours, the alder body nestles comfortably against the player, and it also convinces with an optimal balance on the strap and on the thigh. The bolt-on maple neck with its flat "K-Speed SlimTaper" profile and silky satin finish is extremely comfortable in the hand, so that even on sweaty shows every riff and solos come out of the fingers with ease.
For the pickup of his Kramer Baretta Snake Sabo chose a Kramer 85-T humbucker, which was developed by Gibson USA luthier Jim DeCola. As a high-output pickup, the 85-T elicits juicy distortion from the guitar amp for powerful riffing and singing solos. At the same time, the humbucker reacts sensitively to the volume and tone controls, so that warm clean sounds with harmonic treble roll-offs can be realized without any problems.
A true hard rock guitar in Eighties style, the Kramer Snake Sabo Baretta naturally comes with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo for unrestrained dive-bombs and squeals without detuning. A highlight here is the EVH D-Tuna, which tunes the low E-string to Drop-D at lightning speed. A Floyd Rose trem stop also provides the tremolo with a firm resting point. Last but not least, Kramer Die-Cast tuners on the reversed headstock ensure precise tuning of the electric guitar.
