The PreSonus Studio One 5 Artist (Licence) is a fully realised Digital Audio Workstation, now in its 5th incarnation. As PreSonus’ main Recording Software, Studio One enjoys flawless compatibility with other products in the manufacturer’s roster, as well as VST/AU Format integration as standard. To ensure it remains at the cutting edge of Recording, Studio One 5 and it’s Plug-Ins now operate in 64-bit, with a maximum Sample Rate of 384kHz.
All PreSonus Plug-Ins have been revised: you can look forward to an extended range of Functions, a fresh look and of course an improved Sound. Many Effects now use modern Analogue Modelling, so you can enjoy authentic Overdrive behaviour. The Remote App allows for Studio One to be controlled via a Tablet. With its familiar, extremely User-Friendly Interface, this is no problem on smaller Devices, whether Android or iOS.
Even the classic Studio tasks have not been spared from updates: easily integrate External Hardware Effects via the new Aux Channels, leave the normalisation of Tracks that are too loud or too quiet to the Clip-Gain Envelopes and play your Software Instruments with Polyphonic MIDI Expression and Key Switches that are filtered out of the Audio Engine by Studio One to save resources.

Presonus Studio One 5 Artist is the standard version of the Software, and comes with an unlimited number of Audio Tracks, MIDI Tracks, Busses and Effect Channels, a native 64-bit Audio Engine with up to 384kHz Sample Rate and 32x Effect Plug-Ins, which raises it to a Professional standard. Other features include Impact XT and SampleOneXT for Beat or Loop-Based Production and Live Sampling, support for Multi-Touch Monitors and a Macro Toolbar for frequently used Control Commands and programmable Command Combinations. In summary, these and many more features take every Project to the next level, creating a unique balance between efficiency, flexibility, professionalism and fun at work.
