The VOX amPlug 2 Blues is a portable headphone amplifier offering three amp styles with nine selectable effects and an auxiliary input. The new-for-NAMM 2017 amPlug 2 Series consists of headphone amps with a considerably improved analogue circuit and a choice of three modes.

This "Blues" version offers Clean, which simulates a classic tweed amp, Crunch, which produces a fat, warm overdrive, and Lead, which delivers the classic bluesy riff sound. Constructed with a foldable plug mechanism, this headphone amplifier rotates 180° and a features an auto power-off function. Powered by two AAA batteries, the amPLUG lasts up to 17 hours on full charge.

Great little device

Perfect for practising in places where no one else wants to hear you. I also purchased the AC30 amplug and the differences between the AC30 and the Blues one are not that big. You need to like the Vox sound.
