Standard Delivery

Shipping duration 1-2 Days
Shipping Costs We usually ship free of charge if the order value exceeds € 69.00. Under this we charge a flat rate of € 5.90. In special cases we charge the actual freight costs for orders weighting more than 31.5 kg. An employee will contact the customer beforehand.
Cash on delivery shipment Ordering by cash on delivery to United Kingdom is not possible.

Express Shipping

Shipping duration Delivery until 19:00 oclock of the next business day.
Shipping Costs For orders over € 69.00, we charge an Express delivery fee of € 10.00 per order.
For orders between € 0.00 and € 69.00, we charge an Express delivery fee of € 15.90 per order.
Cash on delivery shipment If applicable, large payments can be spread over a number of parcels.
Maximum weight All products not classified as bulk goods can be sent via Express.

Freight Forwarding

Shipping duration 5-14 days
Shipping Costs As a rule, we charge a delivery fee of € 15.80 for shipping, which can only be determined after ordering. If the actual freight costs are too high, we may have to charge you an additional fee.
Cash on delivery shipment Ordering by cash on delivery to United Kingdom is not possible.
Maximum weight -
Destination Forwarding shipments in Belgium are possible almost anywhere. For exceptions please ask our customer service.
