Besides the alder body in P-Bass style Charvel uses a bolt-on and graphite reinforced Caramelized-Maple neck in a fast "Slim C" profile.

Pickups and Hardware

On the bass amp, two DiMarzio Area J pickups provide a balanced bass sound with warmth and transparency that also captures the low B string in a defined way. An active 3-band tone control also allows for precise adjustment of the bass sound.
