The Furch Yellow Dc CR from the Rainbow series is characterized by excellent workmanship, fully solid materials and a powerful sound and offers obliging playability in all 20 frets, which are easy to reach thanks to a generous cutaway.
Woods and construction
Due to its dreadnought construction, the Gitarre is very extensive and in combination with a construction consisting of a cedar top and a rosewood body it is perfectly suited for vocal accompaniment and fine picking. Furthermore, a flat mahogany neck with a soft V-profile and an ebony fingerboard allows a clean grip of the 6 steel strings, which intonate perfectly over the entire scale length of 649mm thanks to a 44.5 mm wide nut and a compensated saddle made of GraphTech TUSQ.
Hardware and optics
High-quality Gotoh 510 tuners with their silver hardware refine the rather plain appearance of the instrument and facilitate precise tuning. The whole appearance is rounded off with a very thin high-gloss finish, which on the one hand supports the vibration behavior and on the other hand emphasises the fine grain of the woods used.
