The Gibson Les Paul Studio 2018 Vintage Sunburst is a 6-string electric guitar featuring a maple top, a mahogany body and neck, a rosewood fingerboard and a vintage sunburst finish. This new Les Paul Studio for 2018 features an ultra-modern weight relief chambered body for extra comfort and an enhanced resonance. Built with a mahogany body topped with plain maple, this Les Paul Studio features a slim taper mahogany neck and smooth rosewood fingerboard for a comfortable profile, enhanced natural characteristics, sparkling highs, and an open midrange.

A pair of '57 Classic pickups, based on the original PAF humbuckers, are designed to deliver a balanced warm, clean tone, with plenty of crunch and attack for harder styles. Independent volume and tone controls provide players with excellent tone shaping, with the addition of push-pull functions on the two volume knobs to expand the guitar's tonal possibilities. An aluminium Tune-o-Matic bridge offers solid string stability, whilst a Tektoid nut enhances harmonics in the highs and mids.
