As a hand-wired guitar amplifier with one channel, the PRS J-MOD 100 convinces with a particularly dynamic sound, which reproduces the sound facets of every electric guitar in fine resolution and thus supports expressive electric guitar playing. A sensitive 3-band tone control is available to adjust the sound, while the switchable gain stage delivers creamy lead sounds if required.
Sophisticated effect path, 100 Watt output stage
In addition, the Paul Reed Smith J-MOD is equipped with a sophisticated effect path. The send and return level controls allow almost any effect device to be precisely matched to the amplifier, preserving full dynamic range and sound. The output stage of the John Mayer Top uses four 6L6 tubes with a full 100 watts of power, which promise a powerful sound blessed with sustainable volume reserves.
