The Sterling by Music Man StingRay RAY34 design is naturally based on the Californian original and impresses with first-class handling. The Nyatoh body lies comfortably and perfectly balanced on the body thanks to the modern contouring. The six-bolt neck is made of robust and resonant Roasted Maple and thanks to the C-profile with 42.9 mm nut width promises smooth playing characteristics with enough space to implement classic and modern playing techniques.
The Alnico humbucker with large pole pieces placed at the usual sweet spot provides flexible bass sounds together with the 3-band EQ.

The electrical sound conversion of the StingRay RAY34 bass guitar naturally takes over a SBMM humbucker with Alnico magnets and oversized pole pieces. Placed in the usual sweet spot between the bridge and the center of the body, the powerful Bass pickup delivers an extremely powerful sound with a harmonious balance between punchy lows and brilliant treble sparkle. Sterling by MM also equips the StingRay RAY34 with an active 3-band tone control so that the sound can be precisely adjusted to your own preferences.

Indestructible hardware
Last but not least, indestructible attachments in typical Music ManStyle complete the Sterling by Music Man StingRay RAY34 Seafoam Sparkle electric bass.
