Teenage Engineering expands its popular Pocket Operator series with the PO-137 Rick & Morty, a speech synthesizer with sampler. Anyone familiar with the Rick & Morty cartoon series will be able to immediately appreciate the quirky and funny results this handheld brings to light. With the built-in microphone, you can record your own voice or sounds from your immediate surroundings, edit them with the eight Voice Characters (designed by Rick & Morty creator Justin Roiland) and play them back rhythmically in the integrated step sequencer. Using a parameter lock, automations can be recorded for each step.
Ring Ring…
As a little extra, Teenage Engineering has given the PO-137 a clock with alarm function. This handy creative tool is therefore a cool companion right at the start of the day.
