With the Victory V40 Deluxe Pink Exclusive, the British amplifier manufacturer presents a version of the popular Victory V40 The Duchess that has been expanded to include reverb and tremolo in response to numerous customer requests. The 42 watts of power and the single-channel preamp with extensive sound options promise versatile vintage sounds between classic blues, Americana and rock. The Victory V40 Deluxe Head in the exclusive pink design is only available for a short time. So fans and collectors better get their hands on it fast!
At the heart of the Victory V40 Deluxe is the single-channel preamp, which offers a surprisingly wide range of tones thanks to two different voicings. Voicing I delivers a warm and particularly clear American-style clean tone, while Voicing II is edgier with just the right amount of "dirt" to increase assertiveness and expression. To adjust the sound, the classic 3-band tone stack and the "Mid Kick" switch are also available.
In addition, the Victory V40 Deluxe offers a reverb and tremolo effects that invite creative electric guitar playing. The tube-driven spring reverb features Level and Tone controls that allow you to adjust the effect with extreme precision. The spectrum ranges from a subtle three-dimensionality to a reverberant surf sound. The tube-driven tremolo intervenes at the BIAS of the power amp and thus delivers a particularly smooth modulation of the volume, whereby the effect can be adjusted via the controls for Speed and Depth. Accordingly, both gently pulsating sounds and merciless stuttering are on the program.
The Victory V40 Deluxe's power amplifier draws up to 42 watts of power from two 6L6 tubes, providing sufficient volume reserves for rehearsals in the band room or the next gig. Thanks to the Low Power mode, the power amp output can also be reduced to 7 wat ts, so that the tube top can also be used at neighbor-friendly levels within the four walls at home.
