ENVy by After Later Audio is an analog ADSR envelope with some special features. The CEM3310 chip on which this envelope is based is already known from synthesizer classics like Pro One, Prophet 5 or MemoryMoog. This produces crisp sounds with a percussive character in the shortest envelope sweeps and long fading in and out sounds in the longest settings. The trigger behavior can be influenced with the Threshold control, so it is possible to trigger ENVy eg. only with a velocity intensity above value 64 instead of triggering at every Gate. Each of the four time phases can be modulated with a control voltage, so you could use a BPM-synchronized LFO to cyclically lengthen and shorten the decay phase. The two envelope phases Attack and Release are equipped with end-of-phase outputs, which can be used to synchronize other modules or to switch functions.
