Introducing the Casiotone CT-S1000V with Vocal Synthesis
With the CT-S1000V, Casio presents a state-of-the-art keyboard with a velocity-sensitive 61-key keyboard that is equally suitable for beginners, advanced players and even professionals. With 64-voice polyphony, the keyboard offers enough reserves to play fast and unrestrained. The 800 sounds of the CT-S1000V are a best-of of Casio's current sound generation and consist of Advanced Tones, AiX and CasioClassic Tones. As a special feature, a newly developed vocal synthesis is on board. The range of sounds is rounded off by 100 text tones and 243 rhythms. The CT-S1000V can also sample! Supported via smartphone app and of course through the audio input, long samples can be processed to play melodies, while short samples can be integrated into the drum sets. The final touch is given to the many sounds and also the samples by the 100 effects, which of course also include chorus, Reverb and Delay as well as several specialties. A programmable arpeggiator serves as a playing aid and a 6-track sequencer keeps all song ideas together in ten songs. Thanks to Layer and Split modes, you can play two different sounds on the keyboard at the same time. The sound-strong stereo speakers with a power of twice 2.5 watts also have a bass-reflex system and are equipped with a simulated surround sound function.
Vocal Synthesis
The highlight of the CT-S1000V is its text input-based vocal synthesis function. This unique technology can sing lyrics that can be transferred to the instrument from your smartphone via the Lyric Creator app, among other things, in a variety of editable vocal characteristics! The synthesis is designed for English and Japanese. No matter if single words, a short sentence or a whole lyric, the Vocal synthesis conjures up the wackiest results to match the keyboard play, which should make the hearts of DAFT PUNK fans beat faster. 22 preset voice characteristics can be called up directly and widely personalized in properties such as age, gender, vibrato, attack times, modulation and some more. The function has nothing in common with a Vocoder and is likewise no pitch shifter; the machine sings itself! The Vocal synthesis of the CT-S1000V has what it takes to be heard more often in future club and chart hits.
Bluetooth connection included
Included with the CT-S1000V is the WU-BT10 Bluetooth adapter, which allows the keyboard instrument to be connected to a music computer (DAW) and other Bluetooth devices via Bluetooth. Transmitted are MIDI and audio data, so it is possible to record the sounds of the instrument and played notes in a DAW, play back with a Bluetooth speaker, play another BT-enabled instrument or eg. with the Cordana app on a smartphone to practice and perfect his game.
