Focal Alpha 50

The Focal Alpha 50 studio monitor, has the smallest footprint of any model in the Alpha range and has been designed for use in smaller spaces.

Utilising Focal's exclusive technologies the ALPHA 50 is composed of a 5" (13cm) woofer/ midrange speaker with a Polyglass cone loaded in a large laminar port and of a 1" (25mm) aluminium inverted dome tweeter. Optimum integration is achieved using a 20W amplifier for the tweeter and a 35W amplifier for the woofer, offering a frequency response of 45Hz to 22kHz (+/- 3dB).

The Alpha 50 is perfectly suited to all styles of music and Focal has used all of it's expertise to provide neutrality and dynamics while delivering high SPL. The design of the Alpha range aims to provide the user greater control of the full audio spectrum, in addition to greater control, Focal have used choice technologies to offer a high level of transparency which combined with the fatigue reducing inverted dome tweeters offer a tonal quality that is unrivalled at this price point.
