Electro-acoustic western guitar, Orchestra model, solid body, mahogany body, ebony, 45 mm nut width, pickup system, open pore finish.
With the new electro-acoustic Furch Blue OM-MM guitar, the Czech manufacturer expands its most affordable series, which includes instruments with already fully solid construction. Constructed from the finest AA mahogany woods, the instrument produces warm tones that come through especially in the midrange frequencies. Thanks to a razor-thin open-pore finish and lightweight construction, the Furch Blue OM-MM guitar impresses with a fast response and a long-lasting tone that fades gently into the overtones. To ensure easy playability, the manufacturer installs a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, which in combination with a nut width of 45 mm and a scale length of 649 mm can be gripped cleanly and comfortably in all 20 frets. Chrome-plated die-cast tuners with a 1:18 ratio allow precise tuning of the 6 steel strings, which intonate cleanly in all positions due to a compensated bridge inlay made of Graph Tech TUSQ. The instrument is rounded off by a high-quality L.R. Baggs VTC pickup system, which also reproduces the natural sound of the Furch Blue OM-MM amplified and can be individually adjusted via a volume and a tone pot in the sound hole.
