The construction of the Sterling by Music Man JV60T James Valentine uses a body made of swamp ash and a neck made of roasted maple, which are joined together with five screws for extra stability. The maple wood is treated in a vacuum kiln, whereby it loses a large part of its residual moisture and gains a significantly increased stability. With its comfortable profile, the neck also offers the perfect basis for classic and modern playing techniques when playing electric guitar.
Versatile pickup combination with active boost
The pickup configuration of the SBMM James Valentine consists of a Sterling by Music Man single coil in a wide humbucker housing at the bridge and a Sterling by Music Man humbucker at the neck. This classic combination delivers a particularly wide range of sounds on the amplifier, both aggressive rock sounds as well as soft, clean played melodies and chords skillfully. furthermore, the electric guitar is equipped with an active booster, which is activated via the Push/Push Volume control and boosts the signal and 12 dB, so that additional gain and volume reserves are available.

Accordingly, on the body sits the Sterling by Music Man Vintage tremolo with six string riders made of bent steel, which decorates melodies and chords without detuning with dazzling modulations of pitch.
