The Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 1 HH FR E (Deep Purple Metallic) is a 6-string electric guitar with a Floyd Rose Tremolo and Seymour Duncan Distortion pick-ups, making it the perfect tool for rock and metal. Thanks to the flat Maple "Speed Neck" neck and Ebony fingerboard, this instrument offers unhindered playing comfort. The sound of the So-Cal Style 1 is powered by the classic 2-piece distortion set created by the US pick-up giant Seymour Duncan, in the form of an SH-6 Distortion Humbucker on the neck and a TB-6 Distortion Trembuckers specially designed for tremolo spacing. A Floyd Rose 1000 Series Locking Tremolo is provided on the Pro-Mod So-Cal 1, facilitating advanced lead techniques.

Versatile and a great player

Great guitar. Despite having high output pickups the clean sounds are very nice. It leans towards high end frequencies, which I like a lot, and plays very well. Clangy, textured sound. Drives an amp very well. I love it.
