The Black DADSR EG from Erica Synths is a high quality built ADSR envelope with complex intervention possibilities. Due to its exponential curve shape, the Black DADSR EG is recommended for all modulations where a crunchy, percussive character is desired and of course in experimental patches. Each envelope phase has its own control voltage input; A, S and R are furthermore equipped with their own attenuators. In addition, a gate delay is integrated, which allows a delayed start of the envelope. The GateDelay can be controlled separately; in combination with a second sequencer track or a Clock-Divider this leads to interesting results. Loop mode shortens the envelope to Attack and Release times making it practically an LFO, curve shape and speed are set at the same time as the two parameters. If you include the CV inputs in Loop-Mode, wild, constantly changing modulations are the king discipline of the Black DADSR EG. Besides the normal envelope output, BP can also be used in parallel as a bipolar output especially for the LFO functionality.
