The G&L L-2000 Bass Guitar is an iconic model, first launched in 1980, featuring a pair of humbucker pickups and G&L's Tri-Tone control system.
The G&L L-2000 features a swamp ash body in a familiar double-cutaway body shape, with a hard-rock maple neck and maple fingerboard. The neck is cut with a medium 'C'-shape neck profile, making it extremely comfortable to play.
The two pickups are Leo Fender-designed, Paul Gegon-specified G&L MFD humbucking pickups made in Fullerton, California. They've been designed to provide as wide a range of tones as possible, all dialed in using the Tri-Tone control system, which offers a three-position pickup selector, a series and parallel switch and a three-position pre-amp mode switch as well as Volume, Treble and Bass controls.
The L-2000 is equipped with a Leo Fender-designed G&L Saddle-Lock bridge with Traditional open-back tuners. The body of the bass guitar is finished in a smart Blueburst colour.
