The SRD905 comes with a body made of okoume and a top made of exotic maple, the grain of which shines through the Cosmic Blue Starburst Low Gloss finish and creates an extraordinary look. The five-striped maple/walnut neck is complemented by a panga panga fingerboard, which with 24 frets and a 12" fingerboard radius provides sufficient space and comfort in the lowest and highest registers. The two Nordstrand Big Break pickups are characterized by a rich sound that provides enough punch for assertive sounds, while the active Preamp with 2-band EQ allows for additional sound refinement. The SRD905 also features an AeroSilk piezo pickup, which can be used as required via the separate piezo volume control and conveys the pure acoustic sound of the instrument.
