With the MASCHINE+, Native Instruments presents its first groovebox for sampling, arranging and composing and sets the bar high. Based on the MASCHINE Mk3, the "Plus Version" is a stand-alone device that can work autonomously without a computer. Two color displays, 16 velocity-sensitive multicolor pads, ribbon controllers and numerous buttons and knobs, along with the built-in, high-quality 44.1 kHz / 24-bit audio interface and a powerful Quad Core processor and 4 GB RAM, form a solid foundation for making music independent of a DAW.
In controller mode, the Native Instruments MASCHINE+ is perfectly integrated into the workflow of current DAWs. The instrument comes with the MASCHINE+ Selection, a selection of effects, instruments and expansions that can be used in stand-alone and controller mode. This selection includes the popular NI plug-ins Monark, Massive, FM8 and Retro Machines, among others. The MASCHINE Factory Library, also included in the package, provides 8 GB of additional sounds, drum kits, multi-sample instruments, patterns, projects, synthesizers for bass and drums, sliced loops and five editable drum plug-ins. In other words, this groovebox contains a best-of hardware and software from the Native Instruments forge. For example, you can connect a USB master keyboard directly via the USB-A ports.
Native Instruments MASCHINE+ works without a computer connection. A wireless internet connection is required to use and set up Native ID.
