300-watt modeling guitar amplifier with amp design and amp match functions
With the Positive Grid BIAS Mini Guitar, the American modeling specialists pack the well-known BIAS technology into a compact 300 watt guitar amplifier that can be easily transported to the next gig or recording session. With 16 onboard presets and five controls for direct access to key parameters such as gain and tone control, the modeling amp is easy to use, while under the hood, thanks to amp design and amp match technologies, there are no limits to sound diversity. In addition, a serial effect path, MIDI and balanced line output are available.
The Positive Grid BIAS Mini Guitar Modeling Amp offers 16 presets with direct access to gain, equalization and master.
Amp Match and Amp Design
Based on the innovative Positive Grid BIAS software, which is included in the full version, the BIAS Mini Guitar Head offers extensive possibilities to create the ultimate guitar sound. With the "Amp Design" function, a completely independent, virtual guitar amplifier can be created, whereby preamp and power amp, tubes and transformers can be combined according to your taste. Amp Match" technology, on the other hand, allows the exact cloning of an existing amplifier to have its sound ready for use in any situation.
16 presets with direct access
Sounds created with "Amp Design" or "Amp Match" can be stored on one of 16 presets of the Positive Grid BIAS Mini Guitar and recalled via the corresponding rotary switch. The classic gain and master controls as well as the 3-band tone control allow direct access to the most important parameters, so that nothing stands in the way of subsequent tuning of the sound.
On the back of the Positive Grid BIAS Mini Guitar there are extensive connections available.
Powerful output stage and connection variety
With a 300 watt Class D amplifier, the Positive Grid BIAS Mini Guitar also delivers adequate stage volume at full pressure. For silent use in home recording or in the studio, a balanced line output is also available, which promises a particularly natural sound experience thanks to loudspeaker simulation based on impulse responses. In addition, the compact Positive Grid BIAS Mini provides an effects path, MIDI, USB and Bluetooth connectivity.
