Roland FR-1X Piano-Type V-Accordion Black my return to the accordion after 40 years.was blighted slightly by not able to play without disturbing others in the house.enter thre roland fr1x.i didn,t exspect a lot from this little chap ,thinking that the small keyboard would be too restrictive.i couln,t have been more wrong.you can transpose the keyboard up or down an oc tave to cover most applications.the bass buttons are a joy to play,very light to the touch,the ability to play orchestra bass and chords make my basic playing sound amazing.i am now able to play whenever i want.highly reccommended.

Very good for silent practice,lots of fun and loads of treble sounds, bass sounds are OK but not so plentiful. Bellows take a bit of getting used to and user manual could be clearer hence only 4 stars. Overall I would buy it again, in fact I bought two.
I saw loads of eBay adverts for used FR1 V accordions. But it turns out you can buy a BRAND NEW FR1 cheaper at dv 247. It arrived in pristine condition with all the normal warranties applying. I assume that dv 247 prices are equally competitive across a range of products. thank you
