The long-time bestseller of the APX-500 electro-acoustic western guitars is now being replaced by the further developed Yamaha APX 600 FM Tobacco Brown Sunburst. This compact guitar now comes with an innovative Forward Shifted Bracing, which produces a much more voluminous resonance. In addition, the shortened scale length of 634mm and a flat neck profile ensure amazingly smooth playability. Especially full-time electric guitarists will appreciate the advantage of the low string tension. In addition, a compensated urea bridge inlay provides clean intonation and a flat string action, while chrome-plated die-cast tuners provide tuning stability and precise tuning.
The perfect stage performance is provided by Yamaha's own SRT System 65, which features a three-band EQ and integrated tuner, as well as an exceptionally natural amplified sound. The handy Thinline body is very ergonomic and gives a lot of freedom of movement, while the cutaway also allows playing in the higher ranges. For visual appeal, the rose of the Yamaha APX 600 FM Tobacco Brown Sunburst consists of chic abalone and a breathtaking maple top.
The Yamaha APX-600 FM Tobacco Brown Sunburst:
Compact electro-acoustic small-body guitar
Innovative "Forward Shifted Bracing" for more resonance
Shortened scale length of 634mm for soft playability
Chrome-plated die-cast tuners for tuning stability

The guitar is comfortable and easy to play. Has a clean, well-balanced sound. Cutaway design for easy access to the higher frets. Affordable price. Its small and the neck is ideal for younger and smaller-handed players. A good sound, but it doesn’t sound like a dreadnaught. The sound is NOT full, like the sound coming out of a dreadnought body. Too much to end when amplified, but this is easily adjusted with the EQ. It produces a rich, clear sound through amp.
