When used as a high-end DI-box, it provides outstanding signal integrity. The TUBE ULTRAGAIN MIC200 includes a phase reverse switch, +48 V phantom power and 20 dB pad. Balanced ¼" TRS inputs and outputs and gold-plated XLR connectors provide a nice finishing touch.

Behringer TUBE ULTRAGAIN MIC200 Bought to replace a MIC100, which had not stopped functioning I had just given up the effort to replace the power adapter, which had. The MIC100 was good, I thought, and this one is even better value for money, for use in a simple home studio like mine. Im suing it with a Behringer condenser mike and also a Shure SM57 - both sound good. Just be careful with the mains adapter as Behringer like to make them as idiosyncratic as possible.
The Behringer TUBE ULTRAGAIN MIC200 is a nice piece o machinery portable and light perfect to give life and joy to that so dead unprocessed voice signal. I personally use it for anything, guitars, basses etc.
Downside, it can be noisy i do not recommend using it live due to hiss.
One tip, try changing the pre tube for a selected TAD or a Tung Sol.
For the home studio users with a small room, this is a good choice. I used for Instruments and vocal (C413 AKG). Shipment is right on time. Thank you.
