I have bought a set of those just to try them (i like small teardrop-like thich picks). They have a good grip so they will not fall from your fingers even if you start sweating. The downside is that they wear off very quicky... their pointy shape becomes quite oval and softened, which renders them useless.
They are good if you do not practice many times. If you are constantly playing, find other ones made from different material.
Very good one pick, personally i prefer the 3,0mm but this one is also good for high speed riffs and performances. Made from very good material so it slips over the strings ang gives great tones. Also try the smaller ones scubby.
