GIBSON P-90 Dogear Black Cover

P-90 pickup with Alnico 5 magnet

Since its introduction in the early 1950s, the Gibson P-90 defined the sound of electrically amplified Gibson instruments and is still considered an absolute classic among players of all stripes. The single coil pickup with characteristic 'Dogear' mounting lugs combines the wiry qualities of the single coil with the warm, earthy character of the Alnico V magnet and convinces with its expressive and present sound, which is guaranteed to give every riff the right definition.
