There are a few cheaper acoustic basses out there, but this Ibanez AEB8 offers quality for also a small price. Not only does it look good, it also sounds great. The supplied strings sound a bit sharp, but thats no issue plugged in with a cable through the preamp and i might try other strings in the future. Very light weighted. Includes one extra bridge pin.
The Ibanez AEB8E has a pretty nice sound, feels light and its comfortable to play. Its a real bang for the buck. I even tried to slap it (for fun) and the sound blasted me away... I had never seen a cheap acoustic bass sound like that.
