The NS Design WAV4c Omni Bass Transparent Black Gloss combines the comfortable playability of an electric bass with the sound profile of a double bass. The four-string can be played in the classical upright position as well as in the electric bass position across the body, so that curious players can find the usual playing conditions. The construction of the NS Design WAV4 Omni Bass is based on a continuous maple neck and a compact body made of the same material. The composite fingerboard features the "TransRadius", which tapers from 9.25" at the saddle to 2" at the end of the fingerboard, thus lying exactly between the electric and double bass. The integrated, passive NS Design Polar Directional Piezo pickup system also delivers authentic sounds, with different operating modes available for Arco and Pizzicato playing modes.
